The service was excellent and the delivery was quick. I'm still getting the hang of the printer, but it appears to be working well. The auto leveling took a few tries, but I managed to figure it out. The speed and controls are solid. I picked up this printer to create models for my OO train setup, and I've had to do some trial and error with the smaller parts, which is pretty normal. I was a bit let down when I went to buy filament in various colors at a decent price, only to find everything was out of stock, which was a bummer. After I post this review, I might hear back from other customers about that.

Awesome business. They take a tad longer to reply, and that phone number? Yeah, it hardly ever works. BUT once you get in touch, Adam and Jim really take care of you and go the extra mile to assist. I had a problem with my ender 6, and they promptly shipped me a new motherboard, stepper motor, and cable. Couldn't be happier!
